Payments & Safety

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.

Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

There is a standard flat rate of $10 for all orders under $75.

We most certainly do! Free standard shipping is applied to all domestic orders (within US) for all orders $75+. 

Please note, free shipping is applied after discount codes have been submitted; and your subtotal remains above $75.

Regrettably, no, we are currently not shipping internationally. However, we are striving towards expanding our business globally in the future.

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the next 1-2 business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Sometimes, the products in your order may be split into two (or more) fulfillment. Please kindly check your inbox for any additional tracking information — please note that the subject will be identical and may be condensed into one email thread. 

If after you’ve looked into your inbox and you find no additional tracking information and your item is indeed missing, please reach out to us and we will make sure to ship this ASAP. 

All orders are shipped with insured shipping and handling. If an order faces issues at customs, is returned, or lost in transit, we regret the inconvenience. Postal services are beyond our control. Contact your local post office for delivery inquiries. If they cannot assist, reach out to us for resolution.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

We at Luxisful work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed and set aside for shipping.

This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. There may however be time to cancel your order all together so you can start fresh. Please email us at info@luxisful.com as soon as possible with the subject line “Cancellation” and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products! We want you to love your experience with Luxisful as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help.

Our policy is that we are happy to accept returns on both new and gently used products within 30 days of receipt.

If you come across any trouble with our return process or have any questions, please reach out to us at return@luxisful.com.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. We cannot accept empty or more than half empty products. We will only accept unopened and gently used products. 

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligiblefor a refund.

Please check our Terms of Service to see if you're eligible for a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
