Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

We apologize, but we only offer domestic shipping.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

If your package is delayed or missing, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@luxisful.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Refund

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Please email us at support@luxisful.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the product.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Only the cost of the product will be refunded.

Exchange

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept exchanges.

We’re so sorry about that! Please contact us at support@luxisful.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll replace it right away at no extra cost to you.
